10/15 recovery run

Today was supposed to be a medium long run, but I whimped out and made it a recovery run. The main reason was that my body needed sleep. If I wanted to get in the whole 12 miles, I would've had to get up earlier than I wanted to. I finally got up, only to realize it was pouring out. I decided to go to the gym and run on the treadmill (another reason a medium long run was NOT going to happen). I ran 7 miles on the treadmill and then called it a day. It's weird that was almost as mentally hard as anything we've done on the track so far. I hate treamills.

Pluses: first teen Bible study went well, get to go to UT game this weekend!

Minuses: friend upset at work today, have to write a paper
