10/14 speed day

The workout for today was 20x 200 at 5k pace at the east side track. We were supposed to go until we felt tired, so if we didn't make 20, no big deal. The recovery was 100 diagonal across the field back to the start. I treated these more as strides rather than worrying about a particular pace. I wanted each one to feel smooth. I was running faster than 5k pace, but as long as my stride felt good I was ok with that. I ran the first 15 with no problems. Then I was feeling a little tired so I grabbed some water, and finished with the group. I think I ended up with 19. I felt good, but the cool down was a bit of a struggle.

pluses: rogue people are coming to the SA marathon!

minuses: skipped class...but in a way that is a plus
