Today I did the 7 mile loop at town lake. My ankles, shins, and feet are feeling really stiff from all of the pounding on the concrete downhills yesterday. I started to notice that a bit on the long run on Saturday. Yesterday just seemed to make things worse. It felt good to run on the trail today. I went a little under 8 min pace and feel like I got a good recovery. Looking forward to the burn tomorrow...
